The food has really improved since I last aided this particular McDonald's I just wish you didn't have all these little extra... charges because you like a hamburger a certain way like adding McDonald's sauce are you like your French fries with barbecuesauce and the extra charges people I think would be more apt to buy more fries if you didn't have to pay for the extra for thesauce just my personal opinion Read more
This was the worst service possible. They had a sign hanging to order on the kosiks. So I did, had trouble so I placed 2 orders.... My granddaughter recieved 3 price bot 4 chicken nugget happy meal missing one nugget and no drink. Took 4 minutes and snarklytold they had no soda so she couldn't have a drink!! Are you kidding me? How about the milk or juice? She also didn't get heryogurt. So we sit down with our number, still I have no food but the workers are huddled together talking. I motion to one andhold up my number, to go out to break. White people were told to use the kosik while black people were waited on at yheregister. Why? One grandma and four kids just walked out without ordering. Anyway it took 35 minutes to get my meal after huting down a manager because the other workers wouldn't help me. This is a bold statement so true. I was the wrong color I sidethis McDonald's. It was o virus who qas served and who was directed to use the kosiks, and four people had orders after mebefore I begged for my food. Read more
As a manager that has worked at this location, we have tried to update the hours on regular occasion. As far as the service?a... lot of the customers are rude to the staff which isn?t an excuse to treat the customers poorly however you all see the problemhere. With the struggle of inflation the employees on night shift who happen to be children have to deal with adult people beingrude, cursing at them, and some even call them stupid and that?s just the stuff that has happened this week. Not happy with this store... lines were not long, but extremely slow - especially the inside one. Hubby placed his order, which... included a Coke (NOT a combo meal). He paid for the purchase, THEN the girl informed him they did not have any Coke. We shouldhave insisted on our money back, but were in a hurry as the slow line made us late for a game. He mentioned she should have toldhim at the time, and she did not even respond. Also, I asked for an ice coffee with cream/milk only. Not extra - I just did notwant sugar.
