Typically at the Taco Bell location in Muscle Shoals Alabama, the food is amazing The services great and the accuracy is spot... on. This most recent time that wasn't the case. Everything was good but not great like it usually is. I got the cravings box inthe main item was incorrect. It tasted okay but I'm just not a chalupa fan and that's what I ended up with but not what Iordered. Everything else in the order was accurate and even the chalupa was good but I just don't typically like them. Thedrive-thru service was exceptional with the exception of the messed up item. The staff was fast and friendly and I guesseveryone makes a mistake every now and then and considering that this is the only time I've had a mistake at this location Iwill definitely be back. I just hope if they make another mistake instead of getting the cheesy gordita crunch which is what Iordered give me anything other than a chalupa because I absolutely hate them. All joking aside this location is definitely topnotch and everyone makes a mistake every now and then. Read more
This location NEVER has Baja blast, and that?s a staple of Taco Bell? how can you ?be out? the last 3x I?ve been. Also, they... always ask what kind of sauce I want, making me believe they put it in the bag, and I get home to find out they indeed did notadd sauce to my bag. And the window people are so rude!! Very rude cashier working there but they are quick to give you your order. Even if something is messed up or missing. Just rude... people there who obviously don't need to work in a place where you have to deal with customers. Read more

I always come during the day time & every time this place is good. I live in Florence and all the Florence locations are... horrible, but this one never fails. Always fresh chalupas and the taco wrappers are never wet! Read more
the couple they have running drive through currently during lunch rush is a power house couple. The lady always taking order is... SO SWEET. And the gentleman at the window handing the food is so nice as well. They always make sure everything is in the bagand always make sure to let me know they hope i have a great day. Read more
