The zaxbys in muscle shoals is horrible and they are rude. I waitin in line for 10 mintues and nobody answered the speaker so I... drove around to the window and the lady told me I would have to go back around and wait again after nobody answered the firsttime when I sat there for 10 mintues and I only have a 30 minute lunch. So I wouldn?t even bother going unless you have a longerlunch bc now I don?t have lunch and didn?t have time to get anything else bc everywhere else had long lines. Read more

Food was good. I tried their salad for the first time and it was well worth the money. They give you a pretty good bit.... Definitely will be going back and getting a salad. Service was just ok.. They had someone that must have been new and didn'tknow what to do but that's understandable when someone has to learn a new job or position. Read more

This location can definitely be back and forth on quality of food. However, with that said I have not had anything too... terrible here. Just tends to not be that fresh at times and I will say their Texas toast generally is bad (never toasted...like literally never). I think they have a high turnover in staff which probably makes it difficult to continuously be trainingsomeone new so totally understand the times. But overall I think they do well here.
