On June 16th my husband and I were in Stevens Point and accidentally put an order in at this Dairy Queen because we live in... Muskego and their address is automatically in the Dairy Queen app. We immediately realized the mistake and called the MuskegoDairy Queen. The person that answered the phone said the manager was on vacation and they couldn't refund our money without themanager there and told us to call back on Tuesday, June 21st. When my husband called on Tuesday he was given the runaround againand we still have not gotten our money back for an order we never received. Update: I have no idea what I'm supposed to do withlink that dairy queen provided to resolve this issue. When I went to the site I didn't see any options to contact the owner ofthe franchise.
