On June 16th my husband and I were in Stevens Point and accidentally put an order in at this Dairy Queen because we live in... Muskego and their address is automatically in the Dairy Queen app. We immediately realized the mistake and called the MuskegoDairy Queen. The person that answered the phone said the manager was on vacation and they couldn't refund our money without themanager there and told us to call back on Tuesday, June 21st. When my husband called on Tuesday he was given the runaround againand we still have not gotten our money back for an order we never received. Update: I have no idea what I'm supposed to do withlink that dairy queen provided to resolve this issue. When I went to the site I didn't see any options to contact the owner ofthe franchise. Love the ice cream but this place will not get my business again until the employees are taught some common sense. 2 people... pull up in a car and order 4 large blizzards and dinner. I love this restaurant the quality is always good it is clean and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I typically get a... chili cheese hot dog and chili cheese fries. These guys beat the other fast food places in the area easily. If you are lookingfor a quick bit to eat this restaurant is certainly worth the time. Read more
