Simple a tip is EARNED AND IS REWARDED,.....it is not to be EXPECTED!! 2 + hrs for a pizza delivery and it was wrong when it... arrived on top of that . Then the next week gave the benefit of the doubt... and again late. No courtesy call to the customernot even a text with simply we are sorry we are running behind schedule etc. Instead get attitude from employee. The online ordering is down a lot. I called the store to use my coupons and they wouldn't help me. The guy who answered had the... personality of dirt. When we picked up the pizza, the people were in a frenzy. Ugh. Will someone please send help to these poorfolks? They need help and drown every weekend in calls. Read more
Took a bite of my chicken wings and they were raw. I really hope I don?t get sick. Order was picked up 1/14/22 at 5pm. I tried... calling in to talk to someone and they won?t answer the phone. If get food poisoning it?s going to be a whole ordeal. I wouldsteer clear of this place. Serving raw chicken is a serious health concern. Read more
Check your pizza before you leave the store! I ordered 2 pizzas online, and the labels on the boxes were correct, but when I... got home, one of the pizzas was not as labeled on the outside of the box - 5 topics non of which were what I ordered. I calledthe store, spoke with Victoria - the Store Manager, and explained what happened. She said they put the wrong pizza in our box,come back and get the correct pizza. I asked to have this delivered since it was their error, and was told I would be charged$3.00 delivery fee - corporate policy! For their mistake, I now had to drive back, return the wrong pizza, was given thecorrect one, and she walked away without any kind of apology. I asked for a $3.00 discount for my time/and return travel. Iwas told no by Victoria. I was a bit shocked...she basically made it seem like it was my fault they put the wrong pizza in mybox, did not seem bothered that I had to make the second trip. She finally said she could offer a free pizza- the one that Ibrought back, or a gift card. I said I would have been happy with a $3 discount/gift card, but that was not possible, so now Iam waiting for "corporate" to text me a gift card (they have gift cards on the counter for purchase). This may be my lastorder from Domino's...at least the one in Muskego. Very disappointed at the customer service from a company that promotes avery different type of customer service in their ads. The worst ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered my pizza online at 12:40 pm I did not recieve it until 2:05. I called... once at 1:30 asking where my pizza was and was told it just came out of the oven and was waiting for a driver, should be 10 min.i would be the first one out. 1:40 text stating my driver had just left. Mind you I live about a 5 min drive from the resturant.Called the resturant at 1:48pm was told my driver had just left. I complained that it had been over an hour that my order wasplaced. The person stated that they would refund my order after I complained. My Pizza finally came at 2:05pm and was a littlemore than room temperature. The whole time on the phone with the person at the store never once oppologized for taking so long.Very very disappointed with my experience. I have order a larger order before for a football party and never waited this long. Read more
They completed our order before the time they said they would, and they also have one of my favorite gluten-free pizzas.
