Drive thru very slow. Food was cold again and wrong! Prices are up size of everything is crazy small now and since hardly anyone... speaks English (yes this is AMERICA and we speak English) good luck getting the correct food. My family visited this location on a Friday night. The person filling orders yelled curse words to what I assumed was a coworker... and then it took almost 20 minutes for our order to be filled. Thank goodness my kids were already in the playland area. Foodwas cold.Most likely not going to go back. Read more

This location screws up every single time. We don't go often, about once every couple of months when the kids want a happy meal... but they never can get it right. Every time I think, "oh it should be fine", but you check anyways and see that everything iswrong. And your receipt is right. But you don't want to go back through the long drive-thru lane because of their screw-up andsince you have kids in the car waiting patiently. Read more
UPDATE: went to mcdonalds at 10:30 p.m went through the drive through amd waited until 10:40 when the girl said thanks for... stopping but we are closed. Yall close at 11 pm. I see that they haven't fixed the lazy workers and kids because they were allstanding around on their phones when we drove past. Absolutely PATHETIC. Went through the drive through for mcdouble, largefries and cookies. Waited FIFTEEN MINUTES for cookies and still did not get them. Went inside to ask for a refund because myother food was now cold. The kids "working" were making tik toks. This is a joke. This mcdonalds is pathetic. Shape up yourworkers and start actually managing the place. Read more
They forgot some food and charged incorrectly. Management was excellent at correcting it but the RAW double quarter pounder was... not good. Called about it and management told me they don't know what to do in this situation and ultimately did nothing.Hopefully we don't get sick Read more

I couldn't be more disappointed. The evening staff are a bunch of zoomers that don't care and get paid as much as a government... job and continue to screw up my order night after night. They can't even brew a fresh cup of coffee because God knows that wouldtake them to get their head out of Tiktoks and actual do some physical work! Surprisingly Franklin McDonald's has now surpassedMuskego McDonald's when it comes to customer service. Next time I'll be going to New Berlin McDonald's and Franklin McDonald'sand not Muskego!
