Super weird encounter. Went to the drive thru and there was a Starbucks cup next to their tip jar with a bee in it pretty much... suffocating, someone intentionally covered the opening of the top where u would drink from. There was a name on it writtenMorgan beeman. I asked the staff that gave me my order and she claimed she didn?t know who?s it was and hadn?t noticed. Didn?tseem very bothered about it. For some reason (probably staff shortages) the lobby was closed today. It?s okay, the drive through is open. After placing our... order $25 worth. It turns out, they can?t break a $100 bill? 1 o?clock in the afternoon and they can?t break a large bill?Seriously. I guess your business doesn?t make enough money to break a$100 bill at 1 o?clock in the afternoon. Tried theStarbucks at Target, same thing. Your coffee is made to order pretty quick in the Drive-Thru it may look like a long line but it goes pretty fast

Let me start out by saying my wife and I are fans of Starbucks, using the drive thru 3-4 times a week. Today we decided to go... inside and sit down. We understand that most Starbucks have been closed down to inside dinning for quite awhile. But now thatit's open again, it's time to do some cleaning! I couldn't get a good photo of the room divider, but the layer of dust that wason it was very thick. The flies were so bad we went to our car and ate. The "lounge" chairs are really showing wear and havescared the wall behind them. I believe that all standalone Starbucks stores are company owned and they have the funds tomaintain them. Yes, we know help is hard to find but paying someone an hour or two overtime to clean up might be worth theinvestment. Read more
