The worker clearly didn?t care about listening to what we asked for. Gave me a dirty look when I reminded him what I had already... asked for. I think maybe he should have taken his ear buds out and pretended he enjoys getting a paycheck. I?ve eaten hereplenty in the past and have never had these problems with the workers before. Very sad to return and receive that kind oftreatment. Foods warm and decent and that?s why I gave y?all 2stars. Read more
Absolutely appalling customer service. My hubby had a #10 and I the JJBLT but I asked for no cheese & with guacamole. Sat... down took one bite, no guacamole in my sandwich. Went back inside to get guacamole they said I have to see your receipt to makesure you were charged. The guy said I dont think she charged you. Then he said it's under the cheese which I quickly replied Ihave no cheese on my sandwich. I assured him she did charge me for the guacamole.. So I walked back outside to get my receiptto show him. He said okay here and gave me the guacamole in a cup. I said can I have a plastic fork or knife to put it on. Helooked left and the right , and said we don't have one. So I asked how am I suppose to put it on my sandwich then. He proceedsto say to me he doesn't know & that its not his problem. I walked out to cool off and Went next door to Vintage Grounds whohappily supplied me with a plastic knife. The rude kid that said that to me was in the back & never came back out when I walkedback in to speak to the manager. Told the manager the situation , all he said to me was your complaint is noted and I willhandle it. On top of that another girl also tried throwing the poor cashier girl under the bus because she heard me ask for themanager, stating she didn't give them the ticket. I quickly corrected her and said I watched her reach around and hang it rightin front of him.. I shop local here all the time and have never been treated so poorly by any of the kids in this area ever andwe have lived here for 20 yrs. Hope the management really takes care of this like they said. Unfortunately now it will be awhile before we give the muskego JJ any business. Read more

Walked in. Noticed a few flies. ????Ordered, then noticed TONS of them behind the glass flying and landing all over the meats,... cheese...EVERYWHERE. I?ll NEVER EVER eat here again!???? Read more
Went in for a sub. The woman had her mask at her chin. I motionee and even said for her to pull it up. She said "oh no, I've... just been here and home" and did not pull it up. Both nose and mouth were exposed. Especially for a food business, employeesshould have masks properly on when making subs. I used to love that place and even worked there awhile back.
