Our family can't thank Pete and his staff enough. With about a week's notice he accommodated us for my Dad's celebration of life... lunch/dinner. The food was excellent and he and his staff did everything to ensure we were taken care of. Read more

We used The Suburban Bourbon / Three Legged Pig for our Wedding on 9/3 at the South Shore Pavilion in MKE and I cannot recommend... this place more, 10 out of 10! We ran into a catering glitch 2 months before the big day and found this business- the owner Peteswooped in to save the day! He was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and FUNNY and helped make it one of the best daysever! Everyone LOVED the BBQ, mac and cheese, CHIPS and late night paninis. The food and service was SPOT ON! My wife and I had our wedding reception here in the basement. The owner was excellent and worked with what we wanted and the... money we had. It ended up being a wonderful night with excellent food and an open bar for an extremely reasonable price whencompared to the other venues in the Milwaukee area. The Suburban Bourbon offers a full menu at reasonable prices. This venue is ideal for live music; complete with 2 cash bars,... ample seating, a wonderful all wood dance floor, and plentiful free parking. We were just here for a rare bourbon tasting and can't speak highly enough of the place. The evening they put on paired rare... bourbons with small plate dishes. While the bourbon was as good as you expect, the quality of the food was what really surprisedus. Not normally on their menu, the dishes were well thought out, wonderfully prepared, fresh and delicious. The place itself,the owner, and ambiance, is relaxed and welcoming. They are doing some more of these types of evening and we will be back forsure. Downstairs there's a hall where we've been previously for music, and that too is well executed. Not just for bourbonlovers either. They currently have goose island bourbon county stout on tap and I had the best gin and tonic I've had for awhile here! If their regular menu is half as good as the food we had, it would be worth coming for. A real gem in the heart ofMuskego, the community is lucky to have this place. Blues festival and music were awesome! ATM not functioning so card payment slowed less than enthusiastic and understaffed... bartenders who preferred cash. A few in our group joined in the food order line and had to stand around until there number wascalled for - just ok eats. Only a few tables in a room of 300 for concert like seating. Men's room was out of order and therewas a rather foul odor. Thinking the house earned a bad service rating by a lot of customers and left a lot of money on thetable by not having enough staff.
