Staff was patient with our decision making time, but they kept YELLING back and forth to each other (about different orders.)... Difficult to enjoy the meal inside. One order had the wrong stuff, onions when we ordered no onions. No bacon when we orderedextra bacon. They brought us a container with 3 half (2.5inches) strips. We'll still go back but will probably eat in the car. Read more

Absolutely mind blown by the incompetency of the working staff here. Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and got everything but... the chicken. The poorly died purple haired staff were arguing about scheduling the entire time and I could clearly hear themthrough the drive through window. Keep in mind I used the drive thru do to the fact that last time I visited the lobby the offshift dragon wharfer staff members were sucking face. Not something I wanted burned into my memory. I?m not sure his name but I went in the drive through last night 10/9/22 at 9:25, my receipt says the employee was ?Molly? but... it was actually the boy with STUNNING pink hair working with her who made my night; this is a little personal but I was in areally bad head space and just wanted some dinner before going to bed in despair; the boy who took my order and served me wasthe sweetest Angel and showed me so much love and care just in the short time I went through the drive though that I cried on myway home, because I have not felt that level of pure love and kindness in so long, not just in customer service but from a realhuman. Service was good. Friendly staff at the counter. Not sure who in back made my sandwich but epic fail on that. Ordered the loaded... Italian combo meal. Fries were good but their definition of loaded is apparently different than mine. I get this sandwich fromtime to time at other Arby's locations pic is of the one I recieved here.
