I'm not really an Arby's guy, but since I moved close to this one I've actually found myself eating here quite often. The food... is generally good and the service is as well. However, today I was extremely underwhelmed. When I got my food, the fries werecold and you could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. So I went back through the drive thru and asked ifI could get some fresh fries, to which they said yes. Now this almost became a 5 star review, because not only were theyaccommodating, but they gave me a coupon for a free meal as well. However, when they gave me my "fresh" fries, it was abundantlyclear they had just tossed the old fries in the fryer and heated them up again. I'm sure they figured most people wouldn'tnotice, but when you double fry things, they become very dry, as what little moisture remains after the heat lamp torture isthoroughly eliminated. In spite of this, I still almost gave a good review, because of the free meal, but then I ate mysandwich, which was not only stale, but had a hair in it as well. Staff was rude, food was way past the timed out. Asked for sauce didn't receive the extra that we asked for. The kids meal had... hair globs in the fries and on the chicken. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for like 15 minutes got to the speaker and they said they would help us I'm a minute didn't respond for... another 10 minutes so i drove off. They where definitely not busy only two car in the drive through. It was 6pm Read more
The new burger has good flavor but expensive especially for the size
Lobby was really dirty. Bathroom was dirty and out of soap. Ordered the Pecan chicken salad combo, the bread was stale and hard... on the outside edges and the apples in the chicken salad were brown and mushy. I sat in the very back of the dining roomfurthest away from the counter, primarily because it was the only clean table I could find, and I could hear the staffcomplaining about everything clear as day. After waiting in drive through line for 5 minutes because the truck in front of us did not activate the sensor. Nobody took the... order for the people in front of us. I went inside. Nobody was at the counter. I asked someone if anyone was working the countershe looked at me and said not me. I said can you get someone? No response. I waited several minutes when I asked again for help.Finally someone came. But all the staff was complaining and using foul language about the other car. Granted they were rude andcussing up a storm at them. They actually called the police on them. I waited for my food then looked in it but it was missingan order of curly fries. I said they are missing nobody responded. I saw them sitting on a rack. Said again I still need myfries. Another several minutes later and the third time asking for them I finally got them. No apologies or anything. I don?tthink I will go back again. The manager seemed to have no clue. The franchise manager should look into this. It was a nightmare. Read more
