Baby has a large variety of drinks, cold hot, fruit beverages.. at peak times expect to wait in the Drive-Thru 5 to 10 minutes.... Some people try to go in and beat the rush. Wide variety of drinks. They're trying to make more food to compete with othercoffee shops. They do have donut holes that my little guys like, they do have a vegan sausage sandwich and they do have somebagels and muffins but the variety is limited. If I'm going to eat breakfast and want coffee it would not be my choice. If Ineeded something quick to eat I would make the exception. The staff and all the locations are very very friendly... And duringthose peak times early mornings, lunch times mid shift after work you could spend 10 to 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting.Overall it is one of my favorite coffee places... Read more
I usually love Biggby, however on my last visit, I was disgusted when the girl went to give me my beverage and handled the... unwrapped straw by holding it on the part that my mouth would go on. With everything going on health wise, I was shocked.Needless to say, my safety prevents me from going back. This and me observing them touching the lip of coffee cups as they putthe ring around the cups. Do better Biggby. That's unhygienic and nasty. Read more
Rating is for just this particular franchise. The barrista here was not capable of making a drink with equal volumes of... espresso and dairy (a.k.a. a cortado) so I asked for 4 shots of espresso in one cup and an equal volume of warmed milk inanother cup. Amazingly, the barista insisted on charging me for two drinks so I paid $9.20 (about double what any other biggbyhas ever charged me for this drink) for a double cortado because my barista couldn't figure out how to mix an equal volume ofdairy. I told her that and she said the only way to put it in another cup was to charge me for a 2nd beverage. Right! :( Mysuggestion would be to choose a different biggby if at all possible. Read more

10/10 experience, the drive through worker Kelsey did an amazing job, I asked for a cup of ice water but packed ice, like a lot... of ice, like no room for water but still ice water with ice. She packed it to the brim and still included water, it was DENSE.I?m super happy with my visit, thank you Kelsey. Read more
I go here almost everyday and it is so good! My favorite by far is the caramel sweet cream cold brew, but the white lavender is... also to die for. I would definitely recommend it! Quick service and delicious coffee! Read more
