Ordered here 8/20/22 ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, 8 piece chicken, chicken bacon ranch pizza. I received 2 burnt pepperoni pizzas... brick hard and a Buffalo chicken with tomato I called spoke to Antonio who seem to be rude and cocky like I got something to lieabout or just wanted to complain and that was not the case I understand things happen. They stopped my pizza timer after 15 secs and I had to spend 1 min on hold before I could call them about the change in car.... Then my father went in to get it himself and by then, it was way after the 2 mins. Glad Dominos put in the timer just for storesto prematurely stop it so they don?t have to deal with going over! Great service and food!! Updated review...while everything seemed ok and smelled great...the end result once we actually sat... down to eat was less than 5 star. Cheese bread seemed to be missing the cheese and we were not given the ranch or marinara sauceas ordered. Employees still did a fine job in store but the food was closer to 3 star...maybe. 4 pizza's all overloaded with too many toppings & cheese that we didn't ask for & do to the excess cheese it caused the pizza's... not to be fully cooked thru in the middles, yet the edges were burnt. Honestly it ruined our dinner completely & that's not parfor this location which surprises me as we always order these same pizza's & bread from this location as well. I have 2 teenageboys that usually destroy a pizza each & to be honest we all ate only 2 pieces each except my 1 son but, he hadn't ate yet todayeither. I had a delivery order tonight 12/07/2022 that was delivered by Robert. Robert was RUDE as hell and perhaps was having a bad... day. It seemed like he wanted a bigger tip because I had an old phone number on my account which he said had called 3 times. Butthis is literally the 6th or 7th time I had Domino's delivered to the same address which Robert said was wrong. He really triedto be argumentative as I'm trying to show him how I do have the correct address. I'm saying all this to say Robert needs tolearn how to talk to people (customer service skills) and have a better tomorrow than he had today. Read more
