We, my wife and I, dined in and ordered Baked Spaghetti with pepperoni (Baked Pizza Spaghetti) as this is one item that is hot... when you get it. It took a few minutes to get the order in and it took way too long to get it. I heard the order person shout tothe kitchen our order several times. There were only one other couple in the restaurant and they waited way too long for theirfood also. While we were eating a group of about ten entered the restaurant and when they were trying to order they were told invery stern words that the manager was closing the Dining room, they left very upset. Completely disappointed and disgusted with Fazoli's i placed an online order. Approximately 40 minutes before i picked up my... order ( drive- thru) when i got to the window i was given a total i said that is not the right order i paid online when i placedthe order i was asked multiple times if i was sure that my name wasn't the one on that order. They couldn't seem to find myorder so i told them my order. Then i watched the worker take a box with food in it dump the food in the trash and placed myorder in the same box she did the same thing with a bag of bread sticks. When the worker attempted to hand that food to me iasked for new food in a clean box. The worker proceeded to argue with me not understanding why i wanted new food in a clead box.I then watch her take the food that she had placed in the used box and put it in a clean box but didn't get me new food that hadnot been in a used box. After the long wait and terrible disgusting service I get home order isn't right a pizza is burnt IWON'T BE BACK AGAIN!!!!!! Read more
Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was... yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lotof food but did not spend a ton. Read more
Worst experience we've had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out one item of our order and the meatballs... were cold. We waited another 30 minutes for burnt pizza and dry spaghetti. I spent $50 and my kids did not get to eat the foodwas so disgusting. The lady who brought us our food said she had to jump in the kitchen because they had no idea what they weredoing. The employees were on there phones and standing around. Read more
Never really tried itialian fast food before. Ordered and was extremely disappointed. There's a lot wrong so I'll try to get it... all here. First, there was all sorts of plastic in the food (see photo). Second, they got the two dishes I ordered completelywrong. Third, the bread sticks were all totally smashed and soggy. Do not recommend and I will stick with sit down places andless plastics. Read more
Nasty Mac and cheese they only had like 4 drinks available kid walking around with ear buds in his ears talking on the phone... laying across the seats in front of the manager she couldn't care less what he was doing they say unlimited breadstick if dinein but only got one plate we will never come back to this place. The bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper all over the floorthis place has went down hill n probably won't be open very much longer. Customer service sucks here. We had very great service! We were in the area for my nephews birthday party at a water park nearby and afterwords we were... supposed to eat at Applebee?s but they had a 45 minute wait so we went across the street to the Fazoli?s, and we are so glad wedid! They made my nephew feel so very special giving him birthday desserts the service was exceptional! Riley and Tia Brought usour food and made our experience great! Very respectful workers. We had a few spills/messes due to having a lot of kiddos forthe birthday celebration and they were so polite and helpful the entire time! Highly recommend and we will be back when we arein the area!
