Went here for the first time. Only 2 people sitting at a table. Wasn't busy at all. Ordered a hot dog. They were out of hot dog... buns. I had a hard time hearing what the lady was saying that took my order. I asked twice what she said and both times Ithought she said a bow bun. Figured it was some fancy name for a bun not meant for a hot dog. So upon getting my food, it wasjust in a tray with no bun and onion and pickle laying in the bottom of the try. But yet still paid $8.69 which is the fullprice. Not to mention, that is a ridiculous price for just one hot dog. It came with bacon that was so burnt it didn't eventaste like bacon. Definitely the first and last time I ever go here. Seems like a manager would run across the street and grabbuns considering the grocery store is right there. Ya live, ya learn. Read more
This place has to be the only one that still puts salt on their fries-a selling point on its own! The burgers are amazing and... the ability to add free toppings (including mushrooms) is a bonus. The staff are friendly and do a spectacular job. I watchedthem actually reading the receipts to make sure they got the orders right, and in this day and age of lazy McDonald's workersgetting everything wrong, that's a breath of relief. As I was waiting for my milkshake another worker even asked me if I neededmore help, which saved me from getting upset and having to follow up. A+++ Read more
This restaurant has really good burgers and I think the french fries are the best item on the menu. Having the fries with malt... vinegar is very delicious. There are Five Guys restaurants all over and if you're in the mood for a good burger then I wouldrecommend stopping here. This location had very friendly staff and they were ensuring that the restaurant was clean. I wouldhighly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Muskegon area. Read more
If you want a bag of frys and a bomb burger this is the place. It?s like Mr.quicks but better imo. Large verity of toppings with... a large burger. This locations layout suppressing has a lot of room for guest. The food was cooked well and the customer servicewas great. Overall I look forward to coming back. Read more
Always a tasty burger served up here. Fries were hot and fresh. Plus this place serves great milkshakes. Only down side is that... it?s so stinking expensive. My bacon cheeseburger was $8.95, and that DIDN?T come with fries (add $2.95 for small) or a drink(add another $2+) Read more
They do have good food but pricey for what it is. There are other places I'd rather go to get the same quality for less
