Food was fantastic & staff friendly and assembled the perfect sandwich for me. Great addition to Muskegon!

Order written down wrong. When read back to me she had to rewrite the ticket. This time it was repeated to me correctly however... when I got home the giant kahauna chicken that we ordered for friends was a regular. I called the manager and was told that it'sok because I was only charged for a regular. What an inconvenience and an embarrassment that I only caught the first mistakethey made. And if you're the manager I talked to that said sorry all we can do is refund you if you were charged more. I had notasked for anything. It was an embarrassment for me so too bad you had no concern other than thinking I wanted something. I'msending a copy to corporate. You're going to get Jersey Mike's a bad name. Read more

Excellent subs! Fast service! Ethan was very friendly and smiley when he brought out our curbside order.
