I went through the drive through and was told 10-15 minute wait. I tried to pay with a gift card and for the second time they... were not capable of figuring out how to run it. Just kept saying it won?t read it. There has to be a way to enter manually but Iwas told no. I pulled into a parking spot like so many others. After 45 minutes they came out to all of the cars and got ourorders again. I asked them how much longer and was told 10-15 minutes again. I said you told me that 45 minutes ago. Heapologized and said they had all new people in there and they are all young. This is a common excuse from them. I waited 15 moreminutes and then called and told them they will need to refund my money because I had a toddler in the car that was hungry andgetting very restless. And I also told them that the lady parked next to me just went inside and came out with her food and shecame about 30 minutes after I did. I was NOT happy! Coincidentally they came out with my food a couple of minutes later. It wasa cold pizza but at that point I couldn?t wait any longer. I will not be going to the Henry street location again. This serviceis beyond ridiculous! And, they aren?t even taking orders at the menu board anymore. They have you drive to the window and theystill can?t get things right. Menu is outdated too. You ask for things advertised on the menu and online and they say they don?tcarry that anymore. Overall very poor management. They should just close down to save the embarrassment. Read more
Been waiting over 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza, no one ahead of me, waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone... even came to take my order since the comm was down. Worst service I've ever had at a Little Caesers. Read more

Nice young people working there. I waited awhile but thats ok because they got my order right. I always have patience when going... out to eat. so I do appreciate the sign about, being nice to the people that showed up to work. I know that people can be jerks,so I really do appreciate that sign for them. keep up the good work guys!!!!! Read more
Service was fast and the cashier was very patience. Their speaker ???? outside was broken and we had to order at the window. The... cashier was so nice and accommodating due to my order being customized. Will definitely recommend this pizza ???? place forothers! Read more
Didn?t even get our order right. Had to wait way longer then I was told. I like cold pizza ,but not like this. I will NEVER... order from this location again. I couldn?t even get them to answer the phone when I called. Also they should let you know beforeyou order that it?s Doordash that delivers. Had I known that I would have picked up myself. I had 3 different drivers saying myorder was on the way. Not happy at all because I was super excited to try what I ordered. I?d give zero stars if I could.Horrible! Read more
Had a bad experience. Phoned in order from their parking lot because drive thru was packed....(no lobby service). Pulled up to... window and they give me the Wong order. Parked in the lot and tried to go in to notify them...the manager was on her way outwith my pizza TO HER CAR! Besides getting rid of the Hot and Ready that used to be $6.36 and charging $8 bucks for a pizza that is supposed to gave extra... Pepperoni, which it doesn't, the pizza is usually overcooked. Bordering on burnt and very dry. The bead sticks bag is neverclosed. We use to go here quite frequently but now usually go to McDonalds instead. Read more
