If I were to buy a lottery ticket every time I ordered food from this store location, I would have better odds of hitting the... jackpot than I would odds of having my order prepared correctly. On nights when I have time, I drive to the other side of townrather than risk making multiple trips through their insanely slow drive through just to have my order corrected. Read more
HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY LOBBY CLOSED ON SIGN I've been to at least a half a dozen times and I've been there about 7:30 in the... evening and it's never open it would be at least a courtesy of the people inside of the manager to put a sign up saying lobby isclosed I mean that's pretty that's pretty much a good courtesy not to lose customers and that never come back again that wouldbe a nice gesture to do just to say that the lobby is closed. I was behind a single car ordering at the drive thru. They had to wait 2-3 minutes before they asked for their order. They... pulled ahead and I experienced the same timeframe. After paying and waiting at the window the person in the first car got outand went to the window to ask for one item to be remade correctly. She waited about 10 minutes and had to yell "hello" in thewindow because absolutely nobody was around inside. After several call outs someone finally showed up and said it'd be anotherminute for their corrected item. After they received theirs, I waited about another 5 minutes for my order.
