Wow. Took 15 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers and med fries. There were 3-4 others inside (1 walked in after ordering in the drive... thru). Mostly they filled drive thru orders while we waited. Our food was cold when we got it, so somehow ours was made andthen cooled while we waited... People seemed helpful but some process is broken there. Read more
Why is it so hard to give good service these days. When I ask if fish filled is available and able to be cooked fresh don't say... yes if in fact your not going to cook it fresh. And then try to pass it off as fresh thinking I'm not going to check. Then themanager she is about as dumb as the employee. Come on McDonald's we expect better. The prices of the food are already outrageousat least give good service to make up for it. SMH ???? Read more
We got our food right away but took 20 minutes to get coffee so food was cold then! No napkins and butter and syrup were cut... open and dripping all over bag. Read more
I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and got milk with caramel. No espresso in it. I asked about it and the manager argued with... me and said there was and then said 'I guess I'll make another one for you. I'm not stirring it this time, though, so you cansee there IS espresso in it. Same machine and everything.' and was generally very rude during the whole interaction. I've worked at like 3 McDonald's, your supposed to put more whip than what I got. It didn't even get a full pass. Half of the... top is whip cream in a singular layer. This is just a disappointing drink. Noticed that very time I've come to this one. I'llchoose a different location for now. Edit : drink taste sour. That means the machine needs to be cleaned ???? Had to pull into parking spot and wait 15 minutes for 2 sausage burritos and 2 coffees. Ended up with cheeseburgers, nuggets,... and fries. Having worked in fast food, I understand the wait. But come on, it?s 2 burritos. UPDATE: upon returning for correctfood, the lady at the first window was very respectful and helpful, but the younger woman at the second window (who messed upthe first time) gave us the most sarcastic smirk. Upon checking to make sure we got the correct food, she laughed at us andwalked away before we had a chance to look up. Our food was stale and hard, and cold to the touch. This McDonald's has amazing customer service. I tried the sea air land sandwich and it was really good. The manager went the... extra mile to get me extra sauce before I pulled off. Thanks for the great service. Hats off to Ms. manager???? Read more
This was my first time inside this location ever. The people behind the counter were really hustling. They were understaffed and... serving a line in the drive through that wrapped around the building, yet they kept their cool and were smiling. I got a hotfudge sundae. It was perfect. Read more
