Haven't been to this specific McDonald's in a long time but the service was great and our food was fresh so no complaints here!
It's mcdonalds. Had to use the app to order because the lobby was closed even though people were inside and we had our camping... trailer. Order somehow got lost and they were expecting an inside pickup. Friendly person on phone and issue resolved. It didtake 20 minutes to get food and no napkins or straws. Read more
Best service and fries ever!
After waiting 12 minutes behind 1 vehicle I approached the pay window. Upon arriving, the 2 teenagers were too engrossed to... address me. Once greeted, I asked if my "........food was sitting out getting cold for 12 minutes?" To which the childreplied, "You don't have to be rude!" Read more
Doors were locked, and the employees shoo?d us away. We had been on the road for hours and wanted to sit down and eat and... converse, and use the restroom. So we decided to just go through the drive thru, and stop at the gas station across the streetfor the restroom. The lady that took our order was very impatient, asking ?is that all? after every item we ordered. I work foodservice. It isn?t that hard to give good service. It is like the staff forgot how to operate with guests in the dining room. They made rude comments about drive thru customers... and the managers were screaming at their staff about returning from break. We are there to eat and shouldn't he subjected tothose conversations. Food took forever. Receipt from kiosk didn't print and the fries were undercooked. The person thatdelivered the food was great and the order was correct. Much room for improvement. Read more
I don't eat fast food often but the idea of a grown up happy meal made me all happy inside. After a very long wait we got our... food. No fancy box or toy. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Read more
