Ordered onion rings. They were all mushy and falling apart, not freshly fried. Not hot. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger, it... was room temperature and just thrown together. Really disappointed because the food was really good in the past. Will avoid MrQuick from now on. Read more
Rude customer service The cashier wasn't polite. She dropped some of my change handing it to me and didn't apologize and pay me... what she dropped. The girl taking our order proceeded to say "what the #UCK" at the top of her lungs. Screamed that she was frustrated multiple... times as well as saying "OH MY GOD" Not things I want my children to hear while dining in, trying to enjoy dinner. Verydisappointing. Read more
The service was excellent but the food was TERRIBLE. We got the quarter pound burgers(website said lettuce, tomato, pickle,... mustard, ketchup) and it was a doule cheeseburger with 1 pickle & nothing else. I ordered a double hamburger & once again it wasa double cheeseburger!! Received no sauces to go with seasoned fries. Probably won't be back it was so bad???? Read more
This used to be my families go to. You could feed a large group of people quickly and economically . All while on the go. I... recently visited with my grand daughter. We didn't need to feed an army. I ordered the chili dog meal. The chili was allbeans. Pureed beans. I tasted zero spice or meat. The pure bean taste was bad enough that I tried to scrape it off to noavail. I get that your prices had to increase, but raising prices and reducing food quality and taste is a bad bundle. I wishyou well but I will be finding my chili dog fix elsewhere next time I am back in town. Read more
Usually decent food. But can?t seem to get an order right lately. Ordered a plain burger and comes with everything. It gets... old. You?d think less work would be easier. Stopped for a light snack of some cheese curds and onion rings. The smell while we ordered was so good! Guy at the window was... super pleasant and the food was A+! We will be back again next time we are out that way. Read more
