Me and my family love coming here. They have an awesome thing they do for kids. If they color the picture on the kids menus,... they will send a free meal card in the mail for your next visit. It keeps my kids busy and quiet while we wait for our food. Read more
We had an okay time here. My kids and I were waited on by a friendly waitress. She complemented my daughter's hair. Another... friendly waitress came over and also talked about her hair. Our food took a while to arrive. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich andmashed potatoes. It was really good..... straight out of my childhood. My oldest got a Reuben that was good but came with theworld's weirdest dipping sauce. My youngest got the chicken tenders. They looked like they came frozen out of a bag. She saidthey were stringy? We came in to have a nice sit down dinner with our daughter home from college. We were immediately greeted when we entered by a... very nice young lady named K'yanna. I appreciated how she carried herself and smiled along the way to our table and also chattedwith our daughter and made her feel welcome (they seem close in age)Valerie was our waitress and made the experience a very goodone. She was friendly and attentive and offered the perfect amount of helpful information about menu items to suit our needs andrequests. Our dinner took a little longer to cook as my husband ordered the fried chicken so we respected the wait. Ourappetizer, the sampler platter, came out within 5-7 minutes though and was quite tasty! I had the fish basket. Wasn't a huge fanof the tilapia they used. The batter was quite doughy. I chose not to mention that at the location, understandably just not forme as others in the restaurant ordered it and I over heard many stating the loved it. My daughter had a cup of soup and enjoyed!Prices are very reasonable and the staff here are great! Coke products tasted great and every thing looked very clean around us.Will try again with other menu options. Read more
Our experience was a "tale of two restaurants". Our first time here, our waitress, Bailey was friendly and attentive. The food... was good, with great onion rings. She brought us water and our food, while not especially fast, was fine. Then, on our return,our waitress was Lexi, and boy, what a difference. The food was still fine enough (though the Chicken rice soup was more of achowder from being heated, a bunch, then over-heated) but the waitress was slow, distracted and inaccurate. The reason yourfood is slow to get to the customer is NOT because they are short-staffed, but because the staff they do have is not great, ingeneral. Both times the food was slow to arrive, but one checked on us, smiled a lot and apologized for the speed of service(Bailey), the other was condescending and distracted, chatting with co-workers and not accurate or service oriented. I knowthat good employees are hard to find, but how long will you use "Covid" as an excuse to why your business runs like this? Notcoming back after visit number two. Sign says "business is booming" but tables told a different story, 6pm Saturday. Read more
A Muskegon restaurant that?s been here for a long time. Had corned beef hash and eggs that were great! The GF bread is made in... house and is very unique! It?s pictured with my hash. The sausage gravy is definitely home made, a must try! They also makebreads and pies you can take home. Everything is clean. The servers a great! Mine was Lori, she was great! Absolutely perfect food all the way..???? Had the perch dinner and 2 sides. Coleslaw was moist sweet delicious crunch and the... Squash was sweet treat. The western burger was amazing perfectly cooked to order. Absolutely the best sweet potato fries I'veenjoyed in a long time.. Read more
