No real bartender, paid for 2 games on a Saturday night. After one game, my family decided the bowling alley food selections... were lacking and went to a nearby pizza place to pick up some food to eat in the parking lot of the bowling alley. When wereturned to play our second game, I was stopped by a combative teenage boy telling me that they were closing (at 10p, so 2 hoursearly) and that we had been ?gone for an hour? and they can?t ?hold a lane? for that long. Ha! There were approximately 15people in the entire establishment, no one waiting for our particular lane. Or the other 30 lanes that were open. So in fact,they were not ?holding? anything. When I asked for a refund for my second game. The teenage ?staff? member rudely told me theydon?t give refunds. I?m a local person that also works in customer service and I was appalled by the responses and attitude Ireceived from this employee. Makes me sad for tourists or travelers who stop into this dump if they have to encounter this youngman. It?s obvious they are not properly trained to handle the short comings of their business. I recommend getting a beer fromthe bar, my mixed drink was horrible and left on the table half drank. I guess driving a little further for a better experienceis worth it, it?s not about the $15 game I didn?t get to play. It?s all about the deliverance of the bad news about closingearly. The young staff leaning on counters on their phones while customers were called by lane number to pick up their food fromthe kitchen isn?t a good look either. Read more
We have been here twice in the summer time, June 2021 and August 2022 and although the bar is always open they have never had... food which we counted on for our big family outing. The alley was nice. Very large. But the tables were so terribly tiny! The food was clean fried and good as well. The cook was... very nice and had been there all day by himself but was pumping out the food like a superman! Bar staff was lacking, there wasone lady to serve 55 lanes during our tournament.
