This is the only Starbucks I go to in the area, besides the one in target close by every now and then. I have never had an issue... with my order being messed up at this one (they tend to mess up at the Starbucks in Target for some reason). The line tends tobe extremely long sometimes but lately, when I decide to go, it hasn't been. There is a really nice batista I've seen a coupletimes that I've gone through the drive through. She definitely brings up the mood and finds something to talk about. I think onetime she was chatting me up about my septum ring and was asking where I get them. If I remember correctly, her hair was wavy andseemed to be naturally red. It's always nice going places that have people who do AMAZING at their jobs. Read more
Always love Starbucks. The ppl are great. The atmosphere is great. Doesn't usually take a log yime to get yer order.
I travel alot (on the road as I write this) and no place feels like home as much as this Starbucks store! They have the best... partners in the country! And their drinks are always consistent! I'd put them up against any Stsrbucks in the country. They atetruly the best! Read more

Very slow. The cashier kept interrupting me and my husband while we were standing there waiting for drinks, having a... conversation that had nothing to do with her. It was very rude. She seemed to really want to talk to my husband. Veryunprofessional. Read more
So today I decided to go to Starbucks and get my usual Strawberry n Crème Frap with a toasted cheese danish. As usual the line... is long which was no problem at all but when I got to the window the lady that took my payment was nice and she handed my drinkand told me that my cheese danish would be right up. I said okay and thank you. She walked away and I waited?. waited?. waited?.and waited. I decided to ask the next person I seen that came close enough to the window. Big Mistake!!!! I got the StarbucksKaren! Yes Karen! I said excuse me, do you know how much longer on the cheese danish? No answer so I thought she couldn?t hearme even though she was right at the window. So, I said the same thing again only this time I did not get the entire question outbecause she cut me off and said ?I DO NOT KNOW IM NOT THE ONE MAKING IT? and walked away. First this shows that she heard me thefirst time. Second there was absolutely no reason for that tone especially with a customer. Now if I would have gotten back withher and put her in her place I would have been the unruly customer. So I said nothing?. The same little girl that was rude cameback with my danish saying here you go like she just didn?t have her Karen attitude. Although I did not get her name? like mostKaren?s she was a blond she had on shorts almost look like a one piece khaki color or lighter, she had a messy bun on her top ofher head she had her red eyeshadow which looked more like lipstick with black eyeliner in the corner or her eyelids brought meback to the Pat Benetar days. I?m sure if I was another color she would not have spoken to me that way, she was very comfortablein being disrespectful to me. Ordered extra Carmel and extra vanilla for our drinks and neither one of us got extra... sat in there for awhile waiting for... drinks because they never called our name. Was not given a straw for the drinks either. I gave 2 stars cause the workers weren'trude to us. Just seems to be running poorly for having 6 people working at once. Read more
