I have gone to this location a few times when I go shopping at Target. I've been having issues the past couple times with them... messing up my drink. I get the Java Chip without any modifications and for some reason they have been messing it up. I hateconfrontation so I tend to let it slide. Amazing service though. The batista's there are nice. It's a good atmosphere. Justsucks they keep messing up my drink. Especially because it costs over $6. The Starbucks location right by the mall is myfavorite. I've never had an issue there. Read more
Waited over 10 mins for our drinks (2) nobody else was even there except us, (2 people) ?sommer? needs a different job she sat... and watched the other barista struggle while she ate multiple small cups of whipped cream and did nothing to help the poor girlwho was clearly having a hard time . The new staff is not great. I?m used to happy, knowledgeable baristas, and that?s the opposite of what you get here. I had to... explain what was in the drink I wanted, and they only filled up my venti cup 3/4 of the way. They whispered instead of talked,so I could barely hear them. Two separate employees rolled their eyes at me. This behavior from a company that prides their selfon customer service was disgusting and disappointing. Read more

I went in to this location today and was not greeted the girl Nya just blankly stared at us. Even after me saying ?hi? to start... our order, nothing. I asked a question and she looked very annoyed. Another worker answered me he had very good customer servicebut Nya lacked any sign of even decent customer service, very disappointed. Read more

Its nice. Don't get Starbucks vary offen. Spending a gift card. Server was nice and helpful, countertop clean, not a long wait... for my ice coffee. I am not one who like strong coffee. Leave that for others. Your ice vanilla coffee is good. Read more
