This has nothing to do with the employees, however the management and owner should be conscientious of there customers and... employees. We waited for 15 minutes in line in the drive thru, when we finally got up to place our order the woman told us cashonly. With no cash or way to get out we were left stuck in line for another 15 minutes. When we got up to the window my fiancéhangrily told the cashier it?s not you but there needs to be a sign. To which she admitted that they haven?t had a card readerfor over a month. I feel for the staff who most likely get the brunt of negligence of the management team in coming up with asolution to warn people before getting stuck in line for 30 minutes. Read more

I went to this location just after 1am and was told their computer was down, which happens. However, the girl who told me was... rude and in no way apologized for the inconvenience. I called 15 minutes later to see if it was back up and all the girl Italked to said was ?no?. No politeness, no apology for the delay, nothing. I am not one to complain, I too work with the public,but her attitude was inexcusable. She really needs to get back to customer service basics and learn how to properly treatcustomers. Read more
Was very disappointed I order food from Henry taco bell last night I got a power bowl and bite into it and there was a bone in... it. I cut my gums on that bone and bleed was grossed out couldn't finish eating I called them and was told nothing they coulddo unless I brought it right back to them even though I have the bone and bowl with 2 bites eaten out of it.. Last time Ichecked I didn't see bone listed in the ingredients. Read more

I ordered three spicy potato tacos, and one came with hardly any potatoes and tons of cheese with no lettuce. The other two had... some more potatoes but not much, lots of cheese and hardly any lettuce, the lettuce that I got though was very old. Employeesseemed nice though! Read more
You asked if I wanted to round up to help you donation I said no and you round it anyway next time maybe listen to the customer... I'm always having a problem with you guys throwing an extra item on my receipt or rounding up when I tell you not to this isridiculous. The first burrito was ripped up in the second one had everything falling out of it. There's not a single part ofthis experience where anyone did anything right.
