I am typically a big supporter of Taco Bell, and I like to try new menu items when they come available. The other day I tried... the new Steak White Hot Ranch Fries Burrito, and was disappointed to discover all of the tomatoes in the burrito were in thevery last bite, and the combination of hot ranch and a pile of tomatoes was enough to ruin that particular menu item for me forgood. That being said, my last visit was on Easter Day after I got out of work, and I am thankful to the staff for working theHoliday as well. I went throught the drive thru order 12 taco box supreme get home only to find out they are not supreme tacos. I called and the... person that answered the phone argued with me about weather I went through the drive thru 5 mins or 10 mins ago. Why does thatmatter. Then says bring the food back so I can look at it. We'll here's your look, no sour cream no tomatoes. Could haveoffered to refund the $3 that I paid extra for. Chicken quesadilla and beefy crunchy hard taco. Cooks were back there killing it and even greeted me once they noticed well the... two ladies up front were talking. I appreciated the fact one cook announced I needed help making it blatantly obvious they wereneglecting the front. To no surprise the food was great though so shout out to the back again.
