I ordered thru the drive thru and they messed up my order. No big deal tight? Go in to get what I payed for and had to wait 10... to 15 mins to get my food. Just outrageous you would think they would stick a manager or someone else to quickly get it done butno. Terrible customer service. Read more
The staff here, amazing people who seem to work well together! They made great food too! We had a very interesting experience... here that was at no fault to the staff. A food delivery driver mistakenly took our pre order (online) food. It was enough tofeed 9 people, so it was a lot! The staff apologized over and over and had great attitudes about the situation, immediatelystarted remaking the food and made the best of it and powered through. It was great to see some good teamwork! They wereamazing, great job guys! I never rate fast food 5 stars, but the lovely people running this place that day were truly amazing! Read more

This place is nice, I'm giving it 2 stars because you just don't get enough meat. Get a mouth full of everything but meet. Staff... is friendly, speed of service is so so, depending on what time of day. But your not going to spend all day in line. The morning& afternoon crew are pretty fast. Night too actually, all depending. Add a little more meat to go with the rising prices, andthis location would be one of the best in Michigan. But the lack of meet drug rating all the way down to 2 stars fir me, becauseI do like some Taco Bell meat. So don't get the 2 star rating tied to the customer service because the service is good. I givemy honest opinion to help others. So definitely patronize this location, I recommend it. I'll probably update my review on 6months. Read more
