First time visiting and it was worth every minute! The spinach and artichoke dip was out of this world! Matt our server was... wonderful and very quick to bring our orders with a big smile. Loves the variety of different items on the menu but it made itvery hard to pick! :-) Plan to visit many many more times! Read more

Valhalla Burger was a well balanced mix with not one flavor more than another, house fries were delicious and crispy as was the... truffle fries. Also had the Farmers cheese which include a soft pretzel bun/stick for dipping into the cheese and just melts inyour mouth. Service was spectacular and the environment relaxing. Read more
Wonderful! We had a small bridal luncheon there today.Everyone ordered from the menu. They allowed us to do our own table... decorations in the ?Sunflower Room?. Krystina was our awesome server and took excellent care of us! The food was wonderful, especially the Brussel sprout appetizer, it is a meal in itself! The soup and salad is an excellent choice with generousportions.The soup of the day was a tai carrot soup. Wonderful higher end dining. Little more expensive than average restaurant, but worth the price. Lamb, steak, fish and burgers... are the main dishes. Craft beer, unique mixed drinks and a wine list. Lower end 12 for dinner and higher is near 30. Wait staffvery knowledgeable and handled our table of 20 with ease, dealing with multiple dietary restrictions. Everyone in our partyenjoyed their meal. Steak cooked to perfection with a wonderful glaze and burgers were divine. There's ax throwing too, for somerecreation but not disrupting the serenity of a wonderful meal. My husband and I had dinner and drinks here for the first time last weekend. At that point, the restaurant had only been open... for 3 weeks. The staff is still learning, but they did a great job! The drinks were spot on and the food was amazing! We say atthat bar and received excellent service. Their wine selection is one of the best you'll ever encounter! Highly recommend! Read more
The Valkyrie is amazing and you should come here. The flavors and sense of place were exactly what I was expecting and the... presentation was beautiful. The flavors were of course great. The beef tartare was perhaps the best that I have ever had (I'veprobably had beef tartare a dozen times at restaurants around the world). The smoked salmon flatbread was good (though I was notwowed by it only because my wife regularly makes something similar). The quality of the smoked salmon was excellent. My wife hadthe hamburger which was one of the best and most original she has ever had. The smoked beets were a revelation -- they areexcellent smoked; I had never had them that way before. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The rye bread pudding with beet icecream was amazing. My wife hates caraway seeds and yet she still loved this. It was the perfect not too sweet dessert and thoughI have been eating desserts at good restaurants for two decades this was one of the few interesting and new desserts I'vehad. Multiple cocktails looked good; I was designated driver so I only had one at the beginning of the meal, a Greenland (Ilove my green Chartreuse!). My wife appreciated the wine flights and the availability of nice wines by the glass (thanks to aCoravin). Service was impeccable. The only negative thing was there was a band playing as it was a Saturday night and they weretoo loud (over-amplified). The music was good, at least.
