I've lived in Asia, and American Asian food is a bit different. Yum Yum does a great job considering Muskegon isn't the best... place for sourcing hard to find Asian ingredients, and that makes the authentic flavors difficult to reproduce. The egg rollsare beef, and are stuffed full of it. Hands down the best egg rolls in town. The stir fry veg is very good, and a heavy load ofbroccoli, zucchini, carrot, onion, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. The garlic sauce isn't overpowering, and salt isn't the mainseasoning. The sushi is quite good. The smoked Eel roll being my favorite, with the Dragon roll hot on its tail. Read more

This place was packed! But they were still timely with regard to how popular it was! The miso soup was nice and salty, the... Philadelphia roll was creamy. I guess you get what you pay for. I went here open minded as I knew it was a new place for me. I love sushi and generally keep... an open mind about new places. This place wasn't pleasant for my wife and I. The benchmark for me with sushi is the CaliforniaRoll. These rolls were all small in portions and with the meat. The other benchmark for me is how do their crab rangoons taste?These were basically all cream cheese and they were undercooked. The most concerning part is the EGG SHELL MY WIFE FOUND. I ordered online. The order came before scheduled ETA. STILL hot, the driver followed my suggestion to the letter. And overall... the food was exactly what I was looking for. Rangoon, light and flaky, the crab sauce inside amazing; the veggies cooked but notover done... I can go on and on about how good it was. But I'm gonna leave the experience up to those interested in GREATChinese food and absolutely the only spot for fresh sushi. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! Read more
