I can't imagine someone as disinterested in anything more than the person taking my order thought the box. I had to correct the... order a few times. 2 double cheese burgers and coke thats it. She litterally got everything wrong on the first go. We made thecorrections for the combos and I noticed that I didn't have the edit for the sauces "that's fine" I'm not picky. And I alreadywant to run from this cause I could feel the pure animosity coming though the speaker. I can understand hating working in fastfood but I just want two burger. When I gave my money it was like I did something to offend her. I kept blaming myself wantingto apologize. I must of done something! I got my card and she looked past me into the night and said good bye to the trees as Isaid thank you. I moved to the next window and watched a large man handle my food oka ygot my bag of burgers and went home. Ilive close but as soon as I opened them I could tell not an ounce of heat, cheese still cold from the fridge but the lettuce waswarm and each one missing a patty. First bad experience here and with the manager, asked for a number 5 with mustard, ketchup and mustard only with a large Dr.... pepper and a ?pup cup? which is just a styrofoam cup of whip cream for my dog. The manager with a annoyed tone said ?We don?tdo that hear? and when We pulled up to the window they handed me my food and a plastic cup of whip cream at the bottom which mydog couldn?t even reach. She didn?t hand me my drink and when I asked for it, she gave a rude look and finally gave it tome. I?ll have to pick a different place to eat with my dog. Read more

Food was good service was good. The only thing is they have a lot of teens in there. It seems like the play more than they work.... The older people (adults) were actually working, teens were all over the place. Read more

Food is good. Ice cream is awesome. I used to work there for a while, as well and it was a great place to work aside from one... manager which is why I took one star away. She was a menace. Anyway, I highly recommend a brownie fudge sundae with marshmallowinstead of fudge. You'll thank me. Read more

They aren't always the cleanest but they usually do pretty good with the service. My boys love the place and my first job was at... a Braum's. They are fair on prices, great family place! Read more

my friend brought me a chicken sandwhich from Braums by the High School. I couldn't even chew it and it almost broke my teeth. ... I have never gotten food this bad at braums before. Not even edible. Went through drive thru, I thought I could breakfast, I don't normally stop at Brum's. But I wanted breakfast, order a #1, and... LG oj. Lady was not very pleasant either, but on I went paid drove up. Haha just before getting to window get my food, realizedI got 1/4 pounder. Oh will... but that not why the one star. Went thru the drive-thru since it has 2 of them I took the one on the left but obviously is for looks because there cars later... I was still waiting for service. So I pull of and went inside to place my order , just a simple cherry limeade so the young kidmaking it had no help from the senior staff and I meant supervisors so he is making this drink and put his hand with NO GLOVESand picks one cherry and place it on the drink, waits something to the super she said something to him and walks away. He throwsthe drink away and proceeds to make another drink with gloves this time. Morning shift is ok and do things different but theevening shift needs more training and better assistant supervisors. Read more
