Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to! If I could give it zero stars I would. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and it... still came out cold, hard, and crusty. The chicken tenders were burnt, and dry. Fries were super hard and cold. My sons Dawg wasalso cold and bun was super burnt. The lettuce mix that they put on it was dead. Mac and Cheese kids meal came out super dry andcold. Ridiculous! Manager came out and I told him ,he just grabbed it said sorry and walked away. Don?t recommend this place.Worst experience in any restaurant. We had a party of 11. A person in our party didn?t even receive their food. Smh Read more
Autumn is the best server! Everytime we come in we request her. She is so sweet, caring, attentive, and just all around amazing.... My family and I just love her. She knows that I always get the Buffalo Mac and cheese and even went as far as bring me some towork since today was the last day you will be carrying it. Autumn goes above and beyond for her guest. My friend and I went on a Tuesday and ate lunch. We both had the all American burger special with fries and drinks. Food was... good and service from waitress was good also. Our experience was better than previous reviews of others. Plan on going back totry something else. Read more
I'm giving this place a 4 because 2 of my wing flavors were kind of gross. They were mainly salt i didn't care for either but... everything else was really good! My waitress "Tammy" was super friendly and helpful. She checked with us constantly. Bestservice I've had in a while. Read more
My burger was good. My friends boneless wings were lukewarm. He asked for fries they didn't come with order. He asked again... bartender took order and said would be 2 minutes. 15 minutes later she gave us the bill but still no fries. Not our bestexperience at BWW. Went again. Better bartender. Read more
I went there on a Tuesday to celebrate my birthday. At the time I was unaware of the wing deal. The place was packed and to be... honest I was worried. Having said that we ordered some appetizers and just went with. I have to say that despite the crowd theygot our food out fairly quickly. The appetizers came out super fast as did the drinks. The Mango Habanero wings are my favoriteand this time they did not disappoint. My only complaint was that one of the drafts on tap that I wanted wasn?t available. Thatwas a very minor thing. Service was great and the food was excellent. We didn?t get the birthday dessert because we had cake andhome. Plus we didn?t tell the server, however as we were leaving she saw a birthday card I had and offered the dessert to go. Wedidn?t take it but I was still very grateful she offered. Not sure how to review this location. I love the food at this chain restaurant. However, at this location our waitress /... bartender seemed upset she would have to actually work. We sat in the bar at a hightop table. We ordered our drinks which wereceived in a reasonable amount of time. While ordering my meal I was told that fries were not included. I said I want to add aside order of fries, which we never received but were charged for. When she dropped off the bill I asked for the fries to beremoved, and got a snotty remark back..then said sorry and dropped check and walked away. The floor in the bar was EXTREMELYslippery and the staff knew of the problem but instead of doing anything about it they just put up a sign. Normally I would noteven bother to make comments regarding trivial matters but I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often and have never had such badservice. Seriously the best service! We stopped for lunch during a long road trip as we were just passing through. Alex was our server... and she was amazing with my kids. The restaurant was fairly empty, so she initiated a game of hide and seek with my 4yodaughter, who was just absolutely thrilled that she got to run around for once today. She also overheard my daughter asking fora toy from the little vending machine and she went and got one for her. Seriously the sweetest and best customer service ever.As exhausted parents, we truly appreciated Alex taking the time to make our daughter feel special and let some energy out onthis really long day.
