The jankiest of Casey?s. Stuff is ALWAYS broken. The card reader inside. The card readers at the pump. The tire air pump. The... rewards system. It?s ridiculous. Every other gas station seems to keep the equipment running but not this one, and The staff isunfriendly and slow. Read more

If you would like to be treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer then look no further. The two ladies working today had... the worst attitudes I?ve ever encountered at the store and the older lady has been here for a year or so. I stood over by thekitchen for 15 minutes waiting on an employee to acknowledge my existence and when the older lady walked back in from break shewas on the phone or watching a video walked right past me even though she saw me, and said nothing. When I asked is there anemployee that?s working in the kitchen the younger one copped an attitude. I literally have never had a good experience here Idon?t understand how the employees who work here still have jobs. Believe me I complained on the contact us on the Casey?swebsite. I don?t usually let this stuff bother me, but after a long day at work when you just want to eat and go home to relaxbeing treated poorly just rubs you the wrong way. Read more

Casey's has taken over Kum and Go in Muskogee but honestly they are the same. I called for the first time for their brisket... pizza they have been advertising and was met with a can I take your order and put on hold.. but instead of being put on hold thewoman put the phone on the counter and kept repeatedly cursing about how busy it was. (Just FYI, I've worked at severalconvenient stores and this was just off-putting) When I got my single order pizza it was barely cooked and the toppings weresliding off the slices. Not to mention when I said thank you as I was finishing up my order she hung up on me. I will neverorder again. The horrendous service at the Sallisaw location where I had to leave my beverages because the clerk and a customerwere arguing about food stamps in front of a line full of people only makes me realize this franchise is just trying to lurepeople in with grandeur but will always be a gas satation without the class they inspire to have. If the owner's may happen tosee this.. I'd rather go to Lil Caesar's and spend more than half the price. Read more

Went to Casey's on shawnee wont go back wanted donuts for my grandbaby the lady had a whole rack donuts wouldn't put them out... till 430am so I left Quicktrip had full rack and good variety Read more

If you drive a fleet vehicle do not shop here.I?ve asked numerous times for them to fill the receipts at the pump and they are... never full. Losing money buying gas from them. When they?ve got one checker inside and a line out the door not everyone has timeto sit in line for 10 minutes to wait for the receipt. Read more

I love coming to this store the people are really friendly for the most part. The only critique I'd give is for the pizza guys... to be more engaging when a customer walks up. I had made an online order and went to the store to pick it up. When I wasstanding at the counter the guy looked at me and walked by me two different times without saying anything. ..no hi can I helpyou or anything..... I actually had to to raise my voice a little to say excuse me I had a pick up order. Then he proceeded totell me it would be done in a few more minutes. Customer service is everything. They may wanna go over that with him,,,I'm along time customer so I'm pretty sure his new. Read more

Corrective action needed. We ordered two large pizzas this evening. They delivered one large (wrong toppings) and some chicken... wings. We told the delivery person and she said she would go get the correct pizzas and bring them back. She took the incorrectorder with her. We waited two hours and never got the pizzas. We called the store and after getting a busy signal for 30minutes was told the pizzas were at the store and we could pick them up or we would have to contact Door Dash for a refund. Nowhere on the app does it say the food will be delivered by Door Dash and the only phone number is the one for the store. I askedto speak to the manager and was told we would have to call back in the morning. So far we have paid $38.81 for nothing but aheadache. We want a full refund. Read more

We Always get pizza at the Casey's on Chandler in Muskogee and it's Always great. They usually never skimp on the toppings or... anything. But i ordered from there today and it hardly had anything on it. If i ever order from there again and not real sureif i will now ill be sure to open it up and check it before i pay for it!
