Ordered pizza online was not ready when said it would be had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Employee was pleasant. Pizza was... okay however ordered cinnamon sticks received them burnt. Read more
Usually good service but today sucked. They had me pull into a space to wait after waiting for 20 minutes I had to go inside to... get my order. The cashier was to lazy to walk it out. The cheese stick aren't even done. Hopefully it's better next time andcashier isnt lazy. Read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have tried this place 3 times now. 1st time: Pick up. Messed up a $200 order (let it go... because it was such a huge order) 2nd time: Delivery. Horribly tasting pizza that was dry and tasted like it had been sitting ina warmer for far too long. Meat was dried out. 3rd time: $120 order. Thought everything was good. Until I tried to eat a pieceof the chicken alfredo pizza. Thank god I was using a fork (because I had to reheat it after the drive home), because out pops arock from my spinach chunk in the middle of the piece of pizza. So now, third time in, I go in to talk to a manager because thisto me was unacceptable. The "manager" I got to talk to, some young kid with dreads, immediately jumps to the defense and says"well, we don't have rocks in here", well no s**t guy, kind of why im here, there SHOULDNT be rocks in your kitchen but thereobviously is......he asks me what I want him to do? I said I would like my money back. He says well how was the other food? Asif the rock in my pizza was no big deal.....I then tell him I would like a refund for THAT pizza and not the whole order. Hesays well I cant do that. I then told him that someone could have bit down on that and broke a tooth or worse a child could havechoked on it. He says yea but that didn't happen. I then asked for the rock back so that I may photograph it and put it in myreview. I also made sure to tell them my next step was this review and corporate. This is unacceptable and should have beendealt with accordingly. We have a rather large family. So when we order food, it is never cheap! With that being said, I expectto receive food that will not injure or kill someone in my family!!!! AND what is the deal with the ranch? You ruined theranch, too? AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! Read more

Waited two hours for delivery that was missing items. The pizza had already gone cold and solidified.
