We waited for 30 min for our food. When I ordered on the little computers inside it said an employee wld bring it to us since we... have a number. She said we called her number 4 times. I said we are in the back we can?t hear and it said you all would bring itto us. Then they had no kids cups, I waited 10 min at the register because they messed up our order, they were all just standingtogether by the drive thru talking and laughing and having a good time. This is the worst McDonald?s I have ever been in.Something needs to be done. All these negative comments and you all haven?t said anything. No sorry no nothing! Read more
I'm def not loving it!! This location has the worse staff, ride staff, sloppy put together food items. I know that most everyone... I've spoke to while in the location will be upset because of the horribly long wait time inside. The drive thru can have 50 carsand u can go inside to get your food and all 50 cars in the drive thru are gone. I get it tons of young adults working at thisplace and the franchise owners do not at all care. They want the money and that's it. I would like to see another location aswell open NOT BY THESE OWNERS. Read more
Food was hot and tasted good but the service at this spot is poor at best. They have a couple of very nice, very friendly people... who work there but most act like they hate their jobs and are put out that they have to work. Service jobs are just that, theyserve people. If you don't want to serve people, find another job. Read more

Staff member dumped his bucket of soapy water all over there floor. Of course, this occurred while I was utilizing the urinal... for is intended purpose. Bacon cheese burger tasted as if it had been under a year lamp for quite sometime, plus the friestasted like the box. Read more
The manager is extremely rude and unfriendly to everyone, I've witnessed a customer cussing her out in the drive thru. She is... a young Indian. The hours are not what this website shows. They are supposed to open at 5am and now they open at 6am. Nothingis ready when they open. Its just terrible and I'm not the one to leave reviews, but I had to on this. Read more
Stopped in on our way back to Texas on 9/5/22. Walked in an waited for a minute an noone acknowledge us or said anything to us.... Gave it a little long an finally asked one of the employees if someone was going to be able to take our order, an the managerresponded "you will have to give us a minute we are behind on drive thru orders" with a very poor attitude, for one thing itdoesnt take 4 people to get orders together. So husband an I turned around to leave because of her attitude. An all i heard aswe were leaving from the manager was "bye" in a very sarcastic voice. 10/22/22 - 10:36-10:50 am Never again. I just wasted 20 mins of my life at this McDonald?s. I have never in my life seen such... bad service, firstly we went to the second ?station? in the drive through and sat there for a bit while other cars went through,I told my husband maybe they don?t know we?re here? Said hello then proceeds to tell us to wait no big deal at all I get it,then proceeds to take 3 other orders when we were ahead finally annoyed I said ?Helloooo? the girl taking the orders sighed andsaid the usual and then we gave her our order but we weren?t finished talking and SHE CUT US OFF, at this point I just wentinside to talk to the manager I told him I don?t know if she is having a bad day but that is NOT how you talk to people. Thatwas so incredibly rude. He looked busy so I don?t see him talking to her and honestly I doubt he will. Read more
