I'm obsessed with Taco Bell. I would do free marketing for them. I pretty much already do. I eat there at least 3 times a week.
Absolutely the filthiest Taco Bell I have ever been in. There was dark stained, almost blood red, trash sitting on top of... napkins and forks/spoons in the self service area. Bathroom sinks, floors and toilets don't look like they have been cleaned inmonths. After eating there about an hour ago, my daughter's stomach is now hurting...I can't even imagine how dirty theirkitchen may be. Praying it's not food poisoning. Taco Bell corporate take note. We walked in no other customers 3 girls standing not one acknowledged us. We stood about 5 min. Then proceeded to walk out still... no response from them, they just kept talking. Will not go back to that store. Read more
I had to make a 2 a.m. taco run! The drive thru worker Trenton was very polite. It was a large order, however, they were not... only fast but they got my order right and put sauce in the bag without me having to even ask!! I got the 5 layer burrito and thechipotle ranch chicken burrito and both were very good. I also got the Cinnabon bites and they were to die for!!! Sodelicious! Had a great experience! Read more
Awful customer service! Waited on my door dash customers order for over 25 minutes. I spoke with female "manager" but she said... she didn't have time to deal with it and attempted to lock me and other customers out of the store. Gaslighting employee refused to give me her name and told me that she was only allowing drive thru after that. I'll be contacting corporate and havealready spoken with door dash. Please take care of your problem employee and I will maybe come back. Read more
