They now have the impossible burger and it was delicious. There's a few other vegan options as well and some that have to be... slightly modified. If you're worried about cross contamination, this wouldn't be your place as would most others too. Edit: Ihad to take my rating from 5 stars to 3. The last few times I was there, I had to wait up front for about 5 to 10 minutesbefore someone came out to seat me. The waiter the last time got my order wrong. They brought out the fries first in a tinybowl. That was weird. Then my burger arrives with cheese even though I requested no cheese. The waiter never once asked ifeverything looked good. Never checked on me. Just slid my stuff to me a walked away. Applebee's, you got to do better thanthis. From the looks of it, the place isn't doing too well and rude service like this is going to make the situation worse. I'm seeing several other reviews about out rude servers too. Time to discipline these people or let them go. These people willbe your downfall if the problem is never corrected. Hate to see it. Read more
And....here...we...go......first off this place was dead i mean dead inside. So then they never made the appetizer to start... with, what happened next should be illegal forgot the cheese for the bacon cheeseburger then came out with one slice of cheesenot two like the menu says and slid the plate over to me while leaning away. They also didn't give me the brew upgraded fries asasked but I guess the 1.99 charge wasn't worth it to me I guess when you read into something comes out another. We hadn?t been to Applebees in such a long time. We decided to give it another try. We had the best server- her name was Star.... Food was great too and i noticed they made some changes to the menu. We?ll be going more often now. Read more
Most of the Applebee's in our town in Tennessee shut down so it's been a while since we got to enjoy their good food. It was a... pleasant surprise to see the one in Mustang was open!Jonerik was our waiter and he took great care of us and everyone else heserved! He was a very kind, caring young man who went above and beyond for his fellow human beings. He stopped what he was doingto help a gentleman get a woman in a wheelchair out the door safely... we were truly touched by his kindness and service!! I wasso excited to get this Oriental Chicken Salad that I forgot to take a picture till I was almost finished with it, lol. We willgo back to the Mustang Applebee's!! We ate lunch here on Veteran's Day. They weren't particularly crowded, but the service was slow. For example, our waitress... didn't bring our food out and never came to check on us or ask how everything was till she brought the check. Well, the steakwas half inedible due to all the tendons and gristle. It was cooked correctly and had good flavor, but the worst cut of meat.The chicken tenders and sides were all tasty, and the staff was friendly, but inattentive. The way they greeted veterans at thedoor, thanked them sincerely, and offered to cover their meal, from the special menu, was top notch. Well done on that,Applebees! Read more
Order a steak with toppings which cost extra. I was given a standard steak but charged for the more expensive one. With such... high inflation no one has money to waste. I filed a complaint and was called by the manager. She apologized over and over andtold me I'd recieve a refund. Said refund never came. The state of dining out has drastically declined and applebees has joinedthe club. Will not dine-in/order from them again. Read more
