Brisket sandwich was soggy and cold as if it has been sitting out ready an hour before I ordered it. The fries were leathery and... dry...like they had sat in a fridge all night then were put under a heat lamp or nuked in a microwave. Read more
Great experience, I believe this location is under new management and they were extremely friendly and gave us an awesome family... dinner. Everything was freshly made and food was perfect. Amazing job! Read more

Horrible my girlfriend's chicken sandwich had the smallest, thinnest piece of chicken in it. Both our sandwiches have shrunk... since the last time we were there. I understand prices have gone up. However some chains have drastically pulled back on thequantity of food you get at a higher price. Read more
Wife and kids and I went in and the service and food was cold. The boy she gave her order to shouldn't be working, he should be... at home where he can listen to his music on his ear pods and be rude and bothered by someone other than people who want serviceand food. This Arby's compared to others is one of the worst I've ever been to. I've lived close enough to this one for 4 years and have... never been where my order was correct or feeling appreciated. The food is always half cold, not right, and almost has no meat.And I think that is supposed to be their thing right? Arby's, where's the meat?! SMH... If you're in the neighborhood... I ordered from grub hub my usual, Arbys sandwich fries and coke. Placed order at 11. Asked in order for 3-4 arbys sauce. I also... texted driver same thing. Order got here at 12:05. Food was stone cold, no arby sauce and no straw to drink my coke, in whichmost of ice melted. I blame arbs and grub hub on this. No more for me. All my food is in garbage. JG Read more
