My daughter is allergic to Dairy and on our last visit there I had requested a burger without cheese, luckily I checked it once... we got home before she ate it because she's had been put on and taken off. Always check over in the Drive-Thru before I leave soI didn't notice it right away but she wanted to add barbecue sauce to her Burger when we got home and when I went to do that iswhen I noticed the cheese. I know mistakes happen I called immediately to let the manager know I didn't want anything extradone I didn't want to have to come back I didn't want them to make it up to me in another time I just wanted them to be bettereducated that this could have ended up in a severe hospital visit for my 3-year-old child. The manager was offhandedly rudeactually. She told me I should have said it was an allergy... but should I I was ordering something that online menu told me wassafe for my child to eat as long as it did not contain cheese I ordered it in that manner and instead it was not safe for mychild to eat it could have ended in a hospital visit for us had my daughter taken even one bite. I should be able to safelyorder my food the way I want without having to declare it an allergy. You should be able to order your food and get what youordered. And when you call to let them know that they messed up you should not be made to feel like it was your fault that theydid not cook your order the way you ordered it. Read more

The burger is still a great smashed patty. Always get a double. I love the original with mustard, onions, and pickles. The... pickles are long strips. Fries are shoe string. Nice and crisp with good seasoning. Custard is great. Read more

One of my favorite places to eat at. Excellent food. Great workers. Very friendly people here. They offered to take my tray and... dump it for me. This is a great place. At the end we got dessert and it was perfect. Read more

Sadie has a wonderful positive attitude with great personality at the window * I must say after getting home I'm disappointed,... our reciept is correct but our food was not. Our family loves this location! This is the only one we go to and will go out of our way to eat at this location. The employees... in the drive thru are always super friendly and always make us feel welcome and cared about. I hope to learn the other younglady's name soon (was working drive through around 1pm on 10/4) but she and Ginger are incredible assets to your business. Read more
