Okay that's 5 stars on the, "KFC scale," not like restaurants in general. Because, obviously, there is no such thing as a 5 star... kfc. I'll eat kfc once every few years ???? and I got some from here the other day and was actually really surprised! Spent $35 on a family meal, yeah I know kfc isn't an Expensive Restaurant, but seriously... 6 of my 12 were mini pieces, like... oops, out of drumsticks, so here have these wing sections pretending to be full sized?? The mashed potatoes have gotten cheap,yeah they are instant potatoes but they do not need to be so watery. The fries were amazing, the biscuits were great, the gravywas decent and hot. The chicken tasted fine, but really disappointed with 6 mini drummies being passed off as drumsticks. Read more
I got a 3pc box w/2 sides. My chicken was old. The breading was soggy and tasted stail And it was really dark. I am bed bound so... I can't just take it back up there. The entire meal was no Bueno. We won't be returning there. It was a waste of time andmoney... Read more
Terrible food, terrible service. Had all their chairs up on the tables at 6pm. Lady up front on her phone while she was supposed... to be helping guests. There were 2 young men in the back yelling obscenities to where we could clearly hear them. Unreal. Read more
We ordered to go, but the service was still great; the gals up front were so nice. The sides were good, as well as the biscuits... & apple pies. However, the chicken tenders were pretty awful. Most were thin & flat, but all were dried up & were more likejerky than tenders. It was almost like they were old/leftover & reheated in the microwave for too long. So in ordering the spicy chicken sandwich it's best to when they first open as you'll know they're fresh then, for any other... time of the day you're getting most of the time what seems like a chicken breast that was fried an hour ago... hard, cold, andshriveled. Read more
Ate during the lunch rush and the food was all hot, fresh and very tasty. Unfortunately, we got one wrong item in the bag and... had to wait to catch someone to replace it, but they were very friendly and quick to fix it. Read more
I?ve only been here twice in the last 2 years. First time good was cold with no flavor. The second time was recent. We ordered a... Bucket of chicken. Mixed pieces. We asked for it to be fresh. It wasn?t and it wasn?t what we ordered. They gave us a bucket ofOLD greasy soggy thighs and drums. It was so disgusting. Beyond disappointed that someone who be okay with serving anyone thatfood. Being that this is the second time I know this was not uncommon for this place. KFC needs to do better. Read more
