I did an online drive up order and they brought my food out but I said wait I also had a large Dr. Pepper. She said okay. Came... back with a large warm coke with no ice. Cool. This McDonalds food is always gross. Tastes like they made it the day before andslightly reheated it. Read more
Ordered on the Kiosk, had a very long wait for the food, despite there having only been a couple of customers inside. I had... ordered a quarter with bacon, however it didn't come with bacon, had ordered a shake, but was informed after the 15 minute waitthat they can't make shakes right now (no reason given) so I was given a drink instead and wasn't offered a refund for the extra2$ for the shake, and to top it off I never got a receipt. I ordered a large ice coffee with no ice, they gave me half a cup of coffee, EVERY McDonalds fills it up, they refuse to do so,... saying that if I had ice, that is the amount of coffee I would receive. Every time I order a burger from this specific McDonald?s the beef patty is never actually on the burger. It?s always hanging... off the side of the bread. Like can we not just be normal and put the beef patty where it?s supposed to go? Read more
Got served under cooked meat, order was wrong, discussing way of delivering food, damaged packaging, and wasnt given the right... amount for larges! Got just two cheeseburgers, large fries and a pie. The cheeseburgers were not fresh the buns were stale, they didn't even fill... up the large fries and I don't mean slightly, it look like they dumped a small fry in the middle of the large fry container.Then the pie was overcooked and burnt.
