There was no buffet and the workers were talking about how they were sick and still came in and were mad about sick people... calling in. The salad didn?t come with ranch (they charged us .50 for watery ranch) and the croutons were spongy. The pizza wasoverpriced and soggy, but the pepperonis looked brown. only giving 1 star cuz there?s not a 0 star. Read more
Order was made online. I order 2 bread stick to be made and it took over an hour to make.Don't bother trying to call in an order... either, they seem to ignore the phones even for curbside pickup. Phone lines they themselves made numbers for. I wouldn'trecommend this pizzahut to anyone unless you like longer then normal wait times. But because the bread stick are still goodtasting I gave an2 star rating. Also I was a manager at a pizzahut so I know how long cooking times should take. Not sure howthis store even got a 3.8 rating to begin with tho I suppose numbers and average would account for better employees over thecourse of time. Read more
Best customer service I have ever received from a Pizza Hut. My first time ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. Online... ordering was easy. They were out of the lemon pepper dry rub, I received a very nice courtesy call with other options. Thedelivery was fast, Cathy was nice and my food was hot!! We also received some complimentary boneless wings. I will definitely beordering from this Pizza Hut again. Read more
Pizza was good also on time, paid with card and tipped with cash, my delivery driver decides to throw and extra 2 bucks on my... card cause maybe he thinks he deserved it? Manager gave my account credit for inconvenience. Read more
Always will miss items, it appears that don't care eventhough this was the third time in a row. Look elsewhere if you need... prompt attention to your order request and having it correctly fulfilled. Delivery driver was courteous, no issues there. But,whoever answers the phone, she could use a lesson on customer service! Read more
Delivery driver almost plowed into the side of my wife and kids. My wife followed him to the store and asked him if he had even... seen her. He replied? no, if you want you can talk to my manager? very rudely. So the manager on duty came out and immediatelystarted accusing of my wife of being in the wrong and step towards her in a threatening way, and said ?if you hit me I will callthe cops? my wife responded ?why would I hit you?? While this was going on a man walked up who I believe is the manager of thestore Paul, and said just call the cops. He did not even ask any questions of what happened he just heard her say you better nothit me. Very poor management we will not ever eat at this establishment again. Sorry that this management reflects Pizza Hut. Iwent up the next day to talk to the manager about this and found the acting manager out front of the store puffing on her Vape.Right by the entrance of the restaurant. If I could post photo I would.
