This has got to be the most poorly ran/managed Taco Bell around! First off, nothing is ever all the way working, whether it?s... computers, certain cookers for stuff off their menu, or even some of their hot item drinks. Secondly, how do you run out ofbeef? You?re a taco place. Third, they lost their customer service skills. They used to be so friendly in there but lately it?snothing but attitude especially their cashier in the drive thru. Didn't get to get my food because they advised us at the window they wouldn't be giving us a receipt. They wasted our time, I'm... not going to give any business my credit card and not know what they're gonna charge on it. Especially when we are not from thisarea, thats not how you run a business or treat your customers. Pure ignorance on their side. Read more

Sauces were all crammed in the container. There was clearly a packet that had busted lumping a bunch stuck together. I was... really appalled at the way the sauce bens looked. They put the tacos on top of the Mexican pizza. Really so all the toppingscan stick to the top of the box? It was very clear that the nice lady Barbara wasn't at work. Read more
Busy place but drive thru moved quickly. Service was pleasant and food was hot. Only complaint is there was no ice in drink as... apparently their ice machine was on the fritz. Not end of world though. Read more
I do not know how to post another review but believe my experience today should be shared. The guy who took my order was very... rude, when I got to the window I paid him and he handed me a bag, I sat there waiting on my drink... a woman came to the windowand asked me rather curtly "what was your order?" I told her that I was waiting for my unsweetened tea. The rude guy returns,hands me a sweet tea!I told him I ordered an unsweetened tea, he exchanged it. I went and parked to eT my burrito, it was amess the sour cream was all globbed on the bottom end, as sloppy a preparation as possible. I won't go there again. I guessgood customer service is a thing of the past now. Greatly different than my previous visit as below. the food was fresh, hotand delicious.
