I waited 10 mins and my smoothe wasn't fully blended! What took so long then?

I normally don't leave a bad review unless I have had consistently bad experiences, but this was super disappointing and looking... at other reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way. I ordered an Island Greens Detox smoothie, and it was barely evenblended. I couldn't drink it through a straw because of the large chunks of ice and ginger. My favorite thing on the menu is theveggie hummus wrap. Normally this wrap comes cut in half down the center. They cut this thing lengthwise from corner to cornerand didn't even cut it all the way through, so when I got home, I had to cut it again myself just to eat it. The "lettuce" on itwas actually just a handful of center stalks (no leaf). My side of kale apple slaw was barely enough for one bite and only hadone measley apple sliver in it. *Smh* I don't plan to ever visit this location again and honestly should have called for arefund. If you can make the drive to the one in Yukon, I recommend you do it. Never a bad experience there. Read more

This has to be the worst excuse of a franchise. This company should be ashamed. I understand the world is short staffed but this... is flat out ridiculous. I wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to get this sorry excuse of a sandwich. I would feed this tomy dog. If you could give a negative review this place would the one to do so. The smoothie was perfect. The wrap was less than what I expected. Apparently the wraps are heat pressed. Pretty misleading... because that's not what is pictured on the menu. And when you press a wrap with lettuce and tomato and sauce it because soup. Sorather than a fresh crunchy wrap I had a warm drippy wrap with mushy lettuce. It didn't taste terrible but it wasn't worth 8dollars that's for sure. It also took a really long time to get my order. I probably won't go back. The sweet potatoes were coldand disgusting. Okay just waited in the drive through for 40 minutes for 1 smoothie. And the the crazy thing is, I saw my smoothie sitting there... by the window and I was just waiting for the lady to come back give it to me. A red car behind me just drove off. 10 minuteslater she came back to the window and finally handed it to me. What is super weird was there were plenty of other employees wholooked at me through the window multiple times. I know they just opened but 40 minutes for 1 smoothie is a bit much. Super goodsmoothie though! Maybe it'll be faster if I order from inside next time. Read more
