I'd give it no star's if I could. This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The ketchup dispenser had fly's around it.... When I pushed on the dispenser even more fly's came out of it. I opted for the packages instead. We sat down and the floor wassticky all over. There were flys in the dining room. When we got our order I decided not to eat it because the facilities wereso dirty and I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Also the bun on my burger looked and felt pretty old, so anotherreason why I didn't eat it. Hopefully they can get the place cleaned up. Until then I won't be back and advise anyone to usecaution when eating there. Read more

Messing up once or twice maybe even three times in a row is okay. But messing up FIVE TIMES IN A ROW on different visits, with... the SAME EXACT ORDER, is a problem. Especially because I was a regular so they knew. First off, I ordered a BACON double stack,no veggies add mayo. Right, easy no problem. Well apparently workers there have no clue what the difference between meat &veggies is. I DID NOT SAY PLAIN. I SAID NO VEGGIES. WHY WOULD I SAY A BACON DOUBLE IF I DIDN'T WANT BACON?! Secondly, whenbeing told about their mistakes for the third time because I was done with it, the childish little girl at the window wasdisrespectful because she was the one who took the orders & therefore being embarrassed of her continued mistakes. She was theone who took EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE ORDERS (I went there at the same time each visit). The little girl with the blue hair needsfired or taught how to do her job correctly since she is too incapable of doing it. Also needs an attitude adjustment. Hamburgers served cold. On site manager did have different ones cooked up new though. Flies inside restaurant...not a plus. ... This restaurant needs more effort. Dave Thomas (founder) would be embarrassed if he were alive today. Read more

We accidentally drove to the second window and the young man in the second window said you were supposed to stop at the first... window and kind of acted like you didn't know what to do but finally he took the money and we got our food and it was very goodand we were on our way very quickly. The manager even came to the window I don't think he knew exactly what was going on but hewas called to the window for a reason by his employees I guess but we just told him we were waiting on our food and we got itright away. Was staying in a hotel down the road. Decided it would be the easiest to get to due to traffic. Gave me no receipt, which I ... need for work. Gave me no napkins. Had to use Kleenex from the hotel. Was in a hurry. Wasn't busy when I was there. Read more
