My family and I ordered curbside pick up and discovered we were missing an item. I entered the store to find it busy but well... kept and was immediately greeted by the cashier. When I informed the cashier they were apologetic and handed it off to theirmanager who also apologized, gave fresh fries all around, and quickly fixed the mishap. Read more
We waited about 8 minutes in line. Had our order repeated to us which was right. Drive just a bit up just to realize they left 2... of the three items off. Then we had to go in. Then the third item that we did get was cold. ????????????? That was my first timeever eating at whataburger and wow what a horrible impression. Read more
I ordered a seven dollar burger, the sweet and spicy bacon burger and have had problems in the past. This burger is supposed to... come with grilled onions but they never do it. This time I personally asked the manager to make sure. He assured me that theywould be there. I get home and again of course no onions as promised. This place takes no pride in what they do. Had to wait for... ever..... Sadly, the wait at this place makes it a no go 9 out of 10 times. The biscuit was amazing but I... waited over 15 minutes in the drive through line. Disappointing.... I know help is hard to find but they had two people sweepingthat might have been better placed somewhere they could help get the food out faster. Read more
We absolutely love Whataburger! That being said the Mustang store is the worst ever! You always wait for a long time and the... order is wrong or the cheese isn't even melted on your burger due to it being cold. This will be out last visit to this locationuntil things change. Sad thing is this location would be great and supported by the community but they really need to step uptheir service and quality. The managers response is always due to staffing, that's getting old as well! No excuse for poorquality or rude dismissive behavior. Read more
I'm not giving them a very high rating only because it seems like everytime we come our order is always wrong. I will say this... was the worst it has ever been messed up. We ordered 4 sandwhiches and one chicken strip meal and the only one that didn't havesomething wrong was the chicken strip meal. The manager that was on duty did remake everything that was incorrect but sometimesthat's not always a fix. When you spend $50+ on meal, even if it's considered "fast food" most of it should be correct. Will bea while before we return. Read more
I ordered a triple patty burger with grilled onions and peppers. It was delicious! We all agreed that these are the best fast... food burgers we've had. The fries are good and crisp, about average for fast food. Read more
Great place to go for cold food, lip fries. Alot of employees serving cold food. Not sure what they are doing. You wait as if... they were cooking it fresh, but a chilly cheeseburger won't even melt the cheese. Read more
