Store itself is clean, bathrooms are nasty. Showers out of order at 4pm. Got up at midnight to go to bathroom and walked all the... way around to front to find out that they are closed. All signs say open 24/7. Parking is very limited. Drive thru for mcDonald's is crazy when your trying to back a semi into a Parking spot. Also Very rude employees. Read more
I was routed to this location by a family member. I?m here sleeping in my personal vehicle since gas is so expensive. For the... life of me, I can?t figure out why this place was recommended. Not enough parking for us smaller vehicles, let alone for the bigtrucks & they need it more than we do? Showers don?t work & fountain drinks taste like the machines haven?t been cleaned inyears, if ever. Drivers, do yourselves a favor & find another place. Read more

This Pilot needs some evaluation. The showers only had hot water when we were there( which was 2 days) and could not be used.... ???????? And there is ONLY 2 showers. They didn't have a selection of the hot dogs like the others have. The set up with thedrive through for the McDonald's to me is crazy. The lot for truck parking is very limited. The staff is friendly. Had a greatdeal on the clearance items. To me that was the only plus having to stay there. The bathrooms were clean. Just needs somethought of a better layout. Very poor service. Refused me a shower because they didn?t have time to clean them, 9 reserved available parking spaces but all... were open do to unreserved Parker?s, but the clerks refused to make someone leave so I could reserve a space. Ended up leavingand going to the Waco pilot for parking and shower. I fuel exclusively at pilot/flying j. Unless there are none. Doespilot/flying j appreciate trucker loyalty? Management allows busses to park at the pumps. Misioneros busses at 3 of the pumps,none were fueling. Very poor management at this location. Read more
