Food is good as always, you get what you pay for. Girl working around 8:30pm on 7/9/22 with sort brown curly hair and nose ring... needs to have her attitude reevaluated. I received 2 drinks instead of the one I ordered and she caught an attitude saying Iordered 2. Read more
I LOVE Bojangles buttered biscuits! Whoever working there now told my husband to butter them himself and pointed to condiment... counter. That's not how a Bojangles buttered biscuit is supposed to be made!! Change the staff- I'm not the only person whothinks this location has a problem. Read more
Tried Bojangles for the first time at this location. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. They... accidentally put gravy on my potatoes and were kind enough to give me a new side of potatoes. This might be a fast food place,but customer service definitely goes a long way for me! This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach so we visited Bojangles and the reviews talk about how good the food is. I'm not quite... sure were to start.... Oh yeah, the food was horrendous, not even worth the money spent the portion sizes are to small thechicken that was ordered drumsticks and thighs I seen bigger pieces on a small Cornish Hen. I've had better mac and cheese fromthe box of Mac and cheese with the powdered cheese pack. The overall experience was just that an experience. Just goes to showyou can't trust every review. So. I really do want to give places a chance and put it in perspective. This is not fine dining, sure. But come on. Second try,... second time this food wouldn't be acceptable as a result from a brand new trainee at McDonald's. In short, congrats to the mostunderwhelming fast food in the south. We had to literally explain our order when it was packed. "Yes, that sandwich came withfries. Please add fries." And what's up with places cutting down on fries lately? Charge a bit more, but please don't count themwhen throwing them in the little baggy. The fries were few, crusty and possibly leftovers from a sad old potato that had givenup on life early in its childhood. The fried chicken was overfried and must have sat in the warming pan for some time - butkudos for making it soggy and dry at the time, artistically avoiding a categorization of being juicy. Superexpensive for thequality of food that it was. Normally, it's three strikes your out, for us it is two strikes with this Bojangles and we don'tbelieve you take any care in what you do. Conclusion for us and recommendation for others? Make the trip down Carolina ForestBoulevard and you are likely to get a better meal. You're welcome. Read more
