Mark is a manager who should be replaced, fired!!! Rude, hateful and doesn't care about anything remotely concerning customer... care/service. After having a bit of a dip I would say they are back to their old high standards. Great food, and value for money.

Delicious food, plain and simple. Almost everything on the menu is great. They also have a fun atmosphere, but that atmosphere... is definitely not as clean as it could be. The employees are good, but obviously overworked. Overall, it's fun! The food was thebest part, and if it wasn't for it being so good I probably wouldn't revisit. Read more
I love Captain D's. I only got maybe two to three times a year. I bought a 4 piece meal, took half of it home and cooked it in... the air fryer the next day. It tasted as good and crunchy as the day I bought it. Read more
I have been craving Captains D's lately so we drove well over an hour to get here. We went through the drive thru. My husband... said the cashier asked a lot of questions but I think she was making sure we would be pleased with our order. The food was greatbut like everything else the prices are high. I give Captain D's this rating because the seafood is fast, inexpensive, crispy and tasty. First time my take out was perfect. ... Second time, when I got home I discovered that my Supreme Seafood Platter contained only one piece of battered fish instead oftwo. I see that another review had a similar problem.
